Class overview:
Today is half lecture, half lymphatic kriya practice:
- A discussion on the vayus or the five "winds" of the body and how they intersect with the "nadis" and chakras.
- We practice a kundalini kriya. A heads up that it is intense and good for your lymphatic and immune system, if you're feeling depressed, sad, heavy or have had a bout of anxiety today but aren't in current anxiety at this moment. (Please be mindful).
- We end with nadi shodana (variation of alternate nostril breathing) into a meditation.
