- We do the Kundalini Kriya for Relaxing and Releasing Fear. This is not an easy breath set but especially effective if you're currently:
a) lethargic
b) complacent
c) stuck in indecision
d) depressed
e) going through a transition
f) have low metabolism
g) are feeling shutdown
If you are exhausted (in a bad way kind of exhausted) or highly anxious, do a long savasana or have a day of rest before doing the above....
