This is a "long-form" practice that ends with pranayama (breath). This practice is led with minimal cueing and ideal for intermediate practitioners. We begin with 7 min of warm-up, a warming standing series that includes warriors, balancing poses, backbends and hip openers. We end with Wheel x 3 + shoulder stand sequence and hips/breathwork.
