This is an intermediate practice with the focus of your "gut brain" and core strength. This practice uses ancient techniques to massage your inner organs with breath and movement, as well as traditional core strengthening work. We use "Agni Sara" and "Uddiyana" to pull up and in between the digestive organs. We end by massage the deep core/gut and psoas major.
