We move the body in a therapeutic flow with an emphasis on breath and fascial flow in all of the anatomical planes. The first 10 min is warm-up, followed with one Surya A, three Surya Bs, lunges, warriors, hip openers, twists and breath. It is a deep rinse for the body so to open your mind and heart.
