This restorative session is excellent if you feel out of your body, anxious or just needing to restore your center again. We work specifically into the thyroid gland, neck, the thymus as well as restorative supine positions. There is an emphasis of opening and closing into the neck for the thyroid. This is a deeply nourishing practice with integration of breath as well.
