This is an unusual sequence that is more "therapeutic" than flow. Expect a classic floor sequence at the start for 10 + minutes releasing the low back and pelvis, a series of fitness-like repetitive movements for strengthening and toning the gluteals. Strong holds in high lunge to recruit hip extensors and gluteals and softening postures near the end.
