This is an excellent moderate/intermediate breath practice integrating "breath of fire" followed with two traditional practices: right and left nostril focused breathing and then both. The theory is that the right and left hemispheres of the brain are brought back to homeostasis. It is a helpful practice to down-regulate and release tension and stress.
