Today's practice is not suitable for beginners and have a solid six months or more of a consistent, daily practice. We begin with a longer set of ego eradicator breath, followed by three building rounds of a Wim-Hof-ish style breath followed by longer breath holds: 20, 40, 50 and 60 seconds in length.
