This begins with a 7 min lesson on some neuroscience of Grief & Loss + gentle breathing for low energy days. If you are grieving a loss of something, it's normal to feel exhausted and have zero energy. You can do this practice lying down, upright in your bed. You do you. There's no rush to push past grief - but a little bit of breath and movement is better than being stuck in your head.
