Today's practice came a bit late!(Still filming the last ones here, teehee)..
It is a GRADUAL warm-up into building intensity with breath, skaters, squats, gradual variations of squat hops into jacks, upper body work and a bit of core. We end with arms in a glute stretch and breath of fire.
Feels good! Still have the shaky arms!
