This is an intermediate practice. You will need a block and an extra yoga mat if you happen to have one at home - if not, a pillow will do. *If you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, have had recent surgery or current issues in your belly - do not do this class. (The end of class it gets a bit intense into the gut).
What does core mean to you? Who are you at your core and how is your current gut health? There are many layers both obvious and visceral - and we work with both. This class is inspired by Seane Corn's sweaty detox class comprised of classic ab work, breath, uddiyana bandha (core lift), twists and balance poses encouraging of strength and trust.
