We begin with the intention to move whatever subconscious clutter you've arrived with - then simply breathe in various ways trusting the process of pranayama. The good news is, we can intend a deep wish or internal prayer of sorts - but not have to overthink in order for the process of yoga to occur. "Just do" as one of my teachers used to remind me - and all is well.
