We begin with wrist and shoulder stretches that can be used as a resting points anytime throughout class. We warm up with abs with the block- as making the connection of the core is key to strong inversions. The vinyasa sequence integrates split vinyasas, uddiyana bandha and eventually hand stand hops. There is a sprinkling of arm balances: side plank with toe hook option, side crow and ashtavakrasana. No need to be perfect - have fun!
