July 18: High Stress into Creativity Breathwork (32 min)

This is an advanced breathwork if you have high levels of stress you're dealing with and need to move it. This is an advanced practice that is UPREGULATING at times, meaning it works on your adrenaline system which may not be appropriate if you have adrenal fatigue, complex PTSD or are feeling exhaustion. We do a five minute set of breath of fire followed by a creative practice of bellows and somatic movement as though to clear the mind of "weeds" stress and rumination.
