We get right to it! We begin with a sun-invoking breath along with breath holds and bandhas (locks) to warm and wake up the body. We also work shoulder and glutes openers with "shining skull" breath. There is also an integration of 108 bhastrika breaths with cat-cow.
This is a high energy pranayama set not ideal for raw beginners.
