We begin with a Kriya called, "For Becoming Enchantingly Beautiful." It helps to move out the inner-uglies in order to enhance true beauty. Around the 33 min mark we begin a restorative practice: three-parts breathing in a supine position, a longer supta padangustasana sequence (a strap/towel is recommended) for the hamstrings and hips. The hips and gentle practices into the quads and lateral body are also in this sequence.
