This is a go-to of mine, integrating breath work throughout: 1. Full Uddiyana Bandha to move energy into the internal organs. 2. Core 3. Flow to get warm 4. Decompressive (lengthening) 5. Compressive (massaging into the organs and joints). 6. Twists 7. A few backbends to brighten up. 8. Cleansing final breath
