You will ideally need a block or a thick pillow for this practice. In this sixty minute practice, I keep my dialogue to a minimum to make space for quiet. We begin with three-parts breathing, a bridge sequence, deep shoulder and neck releases, a forward folding sequence, and a finishing meditation into breath/savasana.
