The invitation is "what are your core values?" and using the practice to realign with what you value. This is an advanced breath practice including: Lions Breath, Sun nostril breath (right nostril breath), advanced set of breath of fire, bellows breath into all parts of the spine (this lasts for about 10 minutes) from the tail bone eventually to the neck.
