This is a gradual building breathwork practice building on the symbolism of light, dark and the paradox of living in both our shadow and light. We begin with a deep diaphragmatic breath set, a long set of Sat Nam, long/advanced round of bellows and one set of Wim Hof.

Dec 9; Basic Body Flow (44 min)
This is a full body flow - nothing too intense but just enough! This is a basic flow including basic standing poses, followed by core work, bridge work (glutes) and a plow pose shoulder stand near the end of class.

We begin with four preparatory practices: lions breath + a tongue stretch (feels sooo good for headache and jaw strain), Agni Sara (great for digestive system stress) and Brahma Mudra (rich, slow deep breath, releases the neck) followed by upregulating bellows with spinal movements

Dec 8: Juicy, Slow Hip Flow (60 min)
We spend a lot of time warming up the hips, there is a gradual peak, ending with longer deeper holds - this practice is more of a therapeutic flow practice vs a workout kind of practice.

Dec 5: Fluid Restorative for Tension (33 min)
This is a short practice that integrates a bit of fluid restorative practice and longer holds into the hips and hamstrings + releasing of tension and stress via breath. Enjoy!

From the Archives: Somatic Sweat (40 min)
This is not a yoga practice but more so of a somatic sweaty practice with a touch of yoga flow. Expect squats, core work, jumping jacks (or modified) jump squats and breathwork. It's one of my faves.

This is the Kriya for Clarity set + spinal flexion with awakening breath set. This is an upregulating breath set. It is intentional with the invitation of moving ambivalence and confusion out of the mind-brain body.

This is an excellent breath practice that moves the spine with bellows breath (or deep breathing) in all of the anatomical planes - and is helpful for spinal tension (long periods of sitting), shifting a bad mood and/or move stale energy in a short period of time.
