A practice to release, relax the spine, inner groins, low back and glutes. Helpful for burnout or fatigue.

May 28: Basic Spinal Flex (35 min)
This a therapeutic practice for the spine with option to either up or down regulate with breath.

May 27: Tummo Breath for Mood & Transformation (29 min)
This is an intense form of controlled hyperarousal. Brief research share, four cycles with longer sets and holds. Not suitable for raw beginners/health issues.

May 26: Cathartic Release (Yoga, Somatics & Wim Hof Breath) 62 min
Fusion practice: 25 min of gentle yoga, 20 mins blended with "Somatic Sweat" movements & ending with hip openers and up-regulating 3-part breath & 1 set Wim-Hof.

This is a mostly audio-only advanced practice (if you are beginner - heads up this is stimulating with longer reps). Not suitable for severe anxiety, PTSD, pregnancy & any serious health issues.
