May 25: Transformative Circular Breathing (30 min) audio only
This is a mostly audio-only advanced practice (if you are beginner - heads up this is stimulating with longer reps). Not suitable for severe anxiety, PTSD, pregnancy & any serious health issues.

This is an audio-guided practice for rest, bedtime and deep relaxation. We work with subtle-body energy centers (chakras) in a guided body-scan meditation.
