Re-Release: Somatic Sweat | Release Tension (60 min)
Today's practice employs shaking, jumping, leg and glute work, upper body work and releasing tension via intention and breath. Somatic means essentially your body. This practice is infused with a little bit of yoga as well.

Oct 28: Ahimsa (Non Violence) + Traditional Breathwork (31 min)
This week I'll be sharing some yogic principles and weaving them into our breathwork. Today "ahimsa" teaches us to practice compassion for ourselves as a practice of non-violence. We do 3 sets of kaphalabhati, 2 sets of slow bellows breath and end with alternate nostril breathing.

For the Men #4: 4-7-8 Breath for Tension, Calm & Downregulating
This is 4-7-8 breath - a part of the men's retreat in Kaslo. It works with heart rate variability by doubling up the exhale, and calming anxiety before bed, a big day, a meeting... it takes a few minutes to kick in. Be patient!

Oct 25: Advanced Breath: A lying down journey + 3 parts breath + Wim Hof)
This is an advanced practice done lying down with the physiological sigh and Wim Hof breath + longer holds. It is unique in that it is done lying down (with a darkened screen intentionally). This is not appropriate for raw beginners to breath.

Oct 14: Restorative & Slow Flow Hip Therapy (52 min)
This practice is mostly restorative poses into the hips and hamstrings with the middle of practice infused with an easy going flow practice....We keep it pretty slow moving when it comes to the flow. We then end with pigeon, virasana a spinal twist and savasana.
