This is not suitable for beginners - we do up-regulating, dopamine-enhancing breathwork. Class includes a 5 min intro on dopamine & "sense withdrawal"

Mar 10: Frontal Lobe Breath: Distraction & "Sensory Gating" (36 min)
I describe "pratyahara" sensory withdrawal, distraction, "sensory gating" and why this matters. This a moderate up+down-regulating practice helpful for distraction, processing & brain noise.

Mar 10; Classic Vinyasa (Full Body) 65 min
This full practice includes a 7 min warm-up, classical Sun Salutations, a layering of poses into one-leg balancing poses, hip and hamstring openers, quads & ending with backbends.

This is a soothing practice using Bhramari to stimulate the parasympathetic wiring & vagus nerve. It is an excellent release for neck tension as well.

We begin gently and gradually increase intensity in a vinyasa practice that targets the whole body. We head into a lunge sequence, standing balancing series, twists, hips and ending with three camels and cleansing breath.
