The first five minutes is for anyone with depression, anxiety or overwhelm - that has internalized this as "your fault." the neuromyths and neurobiology of your capacity is real, The invitation is: "Can I take the internal locus control back towards my inner compass/self - can I increase compassion vs pity/empathy?" Expect a mixed breath practice: physiological sigh, 4-7-8, breath of fire x 3 sets, neck releases and one shorter set of the Wim Hof style
