This is an advanced breathwork practice - with intentional cueing for clearing the mind of negativity, letting go or deep rooted beliefs. There are long sets of kaphalabhati, followed by a more intense physiological sigh and ending with Wim Hof breath sets. Expect higher energy and an up-regulating of your nervous system.
