The first 30 min is "Sudarshan Kriya": This kriya is mainly ujjayi breath extended in different counts with three arm variations to open the lungs/thorax in different parts/lobes. It is grounding and ends with three short sets of bhastrika and three OMS.
The following 70 minutes is an asana practice that includes repetitive movements to encourage high vibrational thinking. Be prepared for random mountain climbers, hops in downdog, twists, heart cleansing movements and more. It is an unusual intuitive movement sequence to uplift the density of a thinking mind. It is sweaty and satisfying if you are holding restless tension in your body.
