    Expect two sets, five minutes in length of "shining skull" breath. This is advanced as five minutes x 2 sets is not ideal for those who have a touch-n-go breath practice. Avoid if you currently are pregnant, stomach/head injuries issues, or are in an anxious state. Please take care!
