  • Mixed Practice: Core, Inversions, War...

    This is a mixed bag practice: we begin with core work, a nice slow warm up, then do a vinyasa with handstand hops, some glute work, warrior poses/triangle/half moon, dancer - then end with breath and hips. It's a mostly standing practice, dynamic and moderate pending on your practice level.

  • Digestive Detox & Twists (55 min)

    Today's practice focuses on the digestive system, releasing stress, dynamic breath and twists.

  • Moderate Cleanse & Flow (50 min)

    Today's practice is a moderate/intermediate detox flow practice that integrates breath, core work, heating repetition, a twist and backbends.
