  • Mar 16: Body Flush & Mixed Flow (57 min)

    Corework, Kundalini, hips, breath & an overall body flush is the nature of this feel-good practice.

  • March 12: Core, Shoulders & Hips (62 min)

    This is a yoga practice with your core as focus. We begin with corework, into a bit of flow, shoulders, breath, hips and more corework. It's a feel good flow.

  • Mar 10; Classic Vinyasa (Full Body) 65 min

    This full practice includes a 7 min warm-up, classical Sun Salutations, a layering of poses into one-leg balancing poses, hip and hamstring openers, quads & ending with backbends.

  • Feb 26: Full Body Flow & Release (65 min)

    We begin gently and gradually increase intensity in a vinyasa practice that targets the whole body. We head into a lunge sequence, standing balancing series, twists, hips and ending with three camels and cleansing breath.

  • Dec 8: Juicy, Slow Hip Flow (60 min)

    We spend a lot of time warming up the hips, there is a gradual peak, ending with longer deeper holds - this practice is more of a therapeutic flow practice vs a workout kind of practice.

  • Dec 2: Somatic Release & Shoulder Rx (60 min)

    This is a fusion practice that integrates somatic release to induce shoulder relaxation along with a shoulder opening yoga flow.

  • Nov 27: Spinal Rx Flow (+ Boredom vs Mindfulness, 60 min)

    This is practice that moves the full body but mostly the spine and all of its movements. I briefly address. why our body's eventually get "bored" vs novelty - why this practice is so crucial for prevention of depression, a stubborn mind, mood and nervous system medicine.

  • Nov 25, 2025: Full Body & Shoulders Rx (58 min)

    This is a full body flow + shoulders focus. This is an intermediate flow practice and helpful for releasing stress and tension in the shoulder girdle.

  • Nov 13: Spine Cleanse (67 min)

    This practice is designed to enhance awakening, strengthen, stretching and releasing tension from the spine.

  • Nov 11: Tension Rx & Shoulder Opening Flow (50 min)

    Today we do one of my favorite practices for opening up and releasing energetic and physical tension in the shoulders. It is excellent for stress and for those of you with muscular tension in this area.

  • Nov 10: Hip Therapy Flow (66 min)

    I speak to "temporary discomfort" in yoga. Anticipate an intermediate flow with emphasis on taking your hips in all directions and nudging into good vs bad discomfort...

  • Nov 6: Backbends & Spinal Flow (60 min)

    This is an intermediate flow sequence focusing on nurturing the spine into healthy backbends. It will energize and awaken you.

  • Nov 4: Shoulder Flow (49 min)

    Grab a strap or t-shirt! This a feel-good therapeutic flow with the shoulders as focus.

  • Nov 3: Cathartic Hip Flow (58 min)

    This is a juicy flow practice that focuses on opening your hips in all of their directions. We then end on the floor doing one of my favorite 4-part sequences that opens the hips and hamstrings: quad stretch, half splits, pigeon prep and ending in virasana (hero's pose) and a backbend.

  • Oct 21: Shoulder & Upper Back Flow (53 min)

    Grab a towel or strap. Today is a shoulder opening flow. We take the glenohumeral joint as well as your scapula (shoulder blades). This is excellent for those who shrug, hold tension in the neck, shoulders and jaw...This is a bit of a flow practice but we also hold the poses longer.

  • Oct 20: Hip Opening Flow (60 min)

    We begin with flow/vinyasa integrating lunges, psoas opening and heat building. We then hold classic poses: Warrior 2, side angle, one legged balancing poses, half moon, bound half moon, dancer - and more... we end with supine poses like camel x 2, virasana (quads) and breath.   • Oct 14: Restorative & Slow Flow Hip Therapy (52 min)

    This practice is mostly restorative poses into the hips and hamstrings with the middle of practice infused with an easy going flow practice....We keep it pretty slow moving when it comes to the flow. We then end with pigeon, virasana a spinal twist and savasana.

  • Oct 9: Spinal Flow (53 min)

    This is a full body practice with focus on spinal strength and suppleness. We open the hips and take the spine in all of its directions.

  • Oct 7: Shoulder Opening Flow (54 min)

    We are back to the OG classes! This is one of my favourite focal points to teach around: the shoulder girdle. Expect an entire practice designed to create heat, sweat AND open your shoulders.

  • Oct 6: Harvest Moon Flow (Full Body & Hip Focus) 52 min

    This class was filmed during the autumn full moon. We start with a gradual warm-up for the first 8 minutes followed by a mixed flow that includes two arm balances and classic poses to ignite and open the hips. We end with pigeons/saddle and two sets of bridge or bridge to wheel pose.

  • Oct 1: Detox Flow (44 min)

    We begin with core work (grab a block or pillow) and do a sweaty, healthy practice that is moderate/intermediate in nature with a focus of supporting the detoxification process in your body.

  • Sept 15: Discipline: Intermediate Asana Practice (61 min)

    This is a mixed practice including flow, hips, hamstrings and backbends.

  • Sept 11: Therapeutic Rinse & Flow (62 min)

    We move the body in a therapeutic flow with an emphasis on breath and fascial flow in all of the anatomical planes.   • Sept 8: Hip Vinyasa Flow (60 min)

    This is a classic intermediate hip flow / flush and ends with three camels (backbends). We begin with repetitive lunging salutations with an abundance of breath - to generate heat and sweat. We also integrate closing breath of fire as well.
