This practice explores all of the anatomical planes in the form of moderate/intermediate therapeutic yoga practice. The anatomical planes explore joint movement - and the therapeutic benefits of making sure the practice includes all of them for injury prevention, healing and expanding your mind. 10 min of warm-up, an unusual vinyasa sequence and ending with backbends.
