This isn't a comfortable class nor is it "hard." It will take you out of your usual alignment at parts, encourage breath sets to pump heat, and starts slow and sneaks up quickly into sweat. Tapas is a word that references intentional work in yoga to create heat in the body, sometimes provocatively so (In order to feel better).
