This is an intermediate class. You will need a yoga block for some poses. Otherwise grab a pillow/book as an alternative at home.
Class begins with a faster paced warming flow to move through initial hamstring and overall body tension. We work through the complexity of your hips through long holds in deep quad stretches, external and internal rotation and hamstring work. Expect a strong standing sequence, intense quad work, classic pigeon variations, virasana on a block variations, supine forward folds, twists and savasana.
