This is a hybrid practice that infuses yoga, breath, shaking, jumping, squats and releasing tension from your mind-body-brain nexus. This is great if you want a faster class to release stress. There are moments of a quick sweat / heart rate increase as well which are excellent biomarkers for releasing cortisol.
