*For whatever reason, you can't hear me do any breathwork today. This is the only sound issue, a heads it goes quiet which isn't the best for guidance). This is a unique breathwork "kriya" designed to flush and support your lymphatic system. I review what it is and then we practice this invigorating, intermediate-level practice. Expect some movement, intense breath mixed with deep rich diaphragmatic breath.
