This practice is here for us, no matter what! We are welcomed into today's breath kriya with this sentiment. Feeling disconnected is a part of the human path - however, yoga is yoga. It has nothing to do with human ego: it will always be here for us. Today we do Basic Spinal Flex, a Kundalini Kriya "Atha Yoga Nushasanum") with the teachings of Sutra 1.1:"Now, the teachings of yoga begin"....Yoga never went anywhere (maybe you did) - it didn't. Find peace in this.
