We begin with one of my fave Kundalini kriyas for the lymphatic system. It is intense and creates some heat. After this kriya, we drop into a cathartic yin/floor practice with the energy of water and the kidneys in your body. In both yoga and Chinese Medicine, the kidneys behold the element of water. When we experience stress, the kidneys can hold this stress. This will help to move it.
