This intermediate breath practice begins with a brief education on serotonin and a research piece on Wim Hof breath. Expect the physiological sigh, "stomach pumping" breath and a variation of Wim Hof style breath x 4. This is great for low energy, depressed mood and helps elevate dopamine / serotonin - a great practice for those of you who do cold water exposure as well!
