This is a "slow flow, close to the ground and invitational" - bringing in a sense of curiosity. She reaches a 30-day long program catered to the menstrual cycle called "Sacred Flow." This is a form of MBSR - mindfulness based stress reduction. It is a great practice if you're exhausted, feeling heavy, have excess adrenaline - this is a good practice for you. It is supine, the screen will be darkened, eyes closed and a practice of breath awareness.
