DAILY UPDATED CLASSES
•
1h 4m
Today's practice is a 65 min steady practice into awakening your hips. We start in a seated hip opener with two sets of kaphalabhati (breath of fire) followed by a steady, not too fast/not too slow hip flow. We also squeeze in some juicy backbends in the end, followed with decompressing poses and a plow pose. Enjoy!
