This is NOT a yoga class. This class begins with 4 min of squats followed with intervals of jogging on the spot, jump rope, jumping jacks, altered burpees, core work, glutes, heart pumping intervals using your own body to tone and strengthen. Ends with two minutes of squats. Drink lots of water during and after!
