Today's practice employs shaking, jumping, leg and glute work, upper body work and releasing tension via intention and breath. Somatic means essentially your body. This practice is infused with a little bit of yoga as well.

Oct 1: Detox Flow (44 min)
We begin with core work (grab a block or pillow) and do a sweaty, healthy practice that is moderate/intermediate in nature with a focus of supporting the detoxification process in your body.

Aug 22: Somatic Cortisol Flush (34 min)
We begin with shaking the body, heel thumps, trampoline jumps, squats, a few sun salutations and yoga shapes, the physiological sigh, squat jumps/squats, arm reps. Through somatic movement and sweat the body releases small amounts of excess cortisol - great for stress and mental tension.
