This is a breath practice that begins with 7 minutes of deep concentrated (relaxing) diaphragmatic breathing + followed by a LONG set of Ego Eradicator Breath. "Masculine" exists in everyone regardless of your gender or sexual identity. It is a practice for sustaining energy and building mental robustness.
