This is a strong pranayama set and highly effective in moving fear-fuelled energy in your body. Please be mindful in the standing portion as bhastrika breath upright is really intense. I would recommend that this set is for those of you familiar with pranayama and familiar with all types of breath. It is quite powerful, this set, but requires a nervous system that is ready for it.
