•
1h 3m
This is an intermediate full body flow with an emphasis on over 20 variations of cobras and salabhasana pulses, leading up to bow, camel, bridge and wheel. Enjoy! Backbends are wonderful for spinal health, the pulsing is good for strengthening weak back muscles, and typically heart-openers open your heart. A good mood will follow.
