This is practice that moves the full body but mostly the spine and all of its movements. I briefly address. why our body's eventually get "bored" vs novelty - why this practice is so crucial for prevention of depression, a stubborn mind, mood and nervous system medicine.

Oct 21: Shoulder & Upper Back Flow (53 min)
Grab a towel or strap. Today is a shoulder opening flow. We take the glenohumeral joint as well as your scapula (shoulder blades). This is excellent for those who shrug, hold tension in the neck, shoulders and jaw...This is a bit of a flow practice but we also hold the poses longer.

Oct 9: Spinal Flow (53 min)
This is a full body practice with focus on spinal strength and suppleness. We open the hips and take the spine in all of its directions.

Oct 7: Shoulder Opening Flow (54 min)
We are back to the OG classes! This is one of my favourite focal points to teach around: the shoulder girdle. Expect an entire practice designed to create heat, sweat AND open your shoulders.

July 31: Vinyasa Flow: Hips & Backbends
Today's practice is a traditional vinyasa practice with an intermediate level of challenge into the hips and a backhanding sequence. Enjoy!

July 21: Fun, Sweaty Flow (60 min)
Today has 7 min of warm up followed by a fun, sweaty flow into hip flossing, ab and upper body endurance, bouts of breathwork and lions breath, hip works, spinal strength and backbends. It is intermediate in nature.

June 26: Intermediate Power Flow (65 min)
This is an intermediate "power" practice - meaning it includes arm balancing and core work: crow, side plank, side crow and core with a block. We do a standing flow practice including folded tree as option - and end with a backbending sequence + plow pose closure.

May 15: Juicy Hip & Shoulder Flow (54 min)
This is a juicy hip and shoulder opening flow that is moderate/a little bit sweaty of a practice. Grab a yoga strap / t-shirt for binding your hands. This is filled with some of my favorites.

Today is a sequence moderate/intermediate in intensity working into the hips first and ending with a spinal opening / strengthening series.

Old School Flow + Hips/Psoas & Shoulders (60 min)
The first 40 minutes are a bit sweat-inducing, and the last 20 minutes are filled with hips and backbends. We begin with lunging vinyasas, psoas cueing, Warriors and shoulder openers. It is a feel-good intermediate flow with a bit of sweat!

This practice is a traditional vinyasa style class infusing, hips, shoulders and backbends.

Intermediate Hips & Shoulders Flow (60 min)
Expect a 5 min warm up, lunging vinyasas, shoulder and hip opening flow, ending with long holds in saddle, and pigeon + shoulderstand sequence.

Today's practice focuses on the upper back, scapula, shoulder girdle and hips. It is an intermediate sequence with moderate spice!
