1h 1m
In conjunction with Sept 28 breath set - for those of you suffering from tension in the neck. This is sequence focusing on the head, neck and shoulders into a strong hatha practice. Make sure you do not skip this savasana that integrates an incredibly soothing self-healing practice!
This may help old concussion symptoms of neck tension etc. but (not all parts, please note: This is not an appropriate practice for new injuries or serious symptoms like vertigo, severe migraines etc. Otherwise, avoid all the parts of this practice where your head is below your heart or letting your body hang down. (i.e Forward folding, Downward Dog, instead skip all together and do hands and knees, keep your head neutral).
Please go see a doctor and do not underestimate even just a subtle knock to the nogan. Head injuries are the real deal and not to be underestimated or thinking you're overreacting by seeing a doctor.
