1h 2m
Today's practice is inter/advanced depending where you're coming from. If you arrive with an open mind and are craving a challenge - this is a good one for you. Tons of upper body work. Spicy. Examples of the flow: Surya B's with repetitive crow poses, side plank, side plank with tree, tittibhasana - which I rarely teach! Hanuman (splits) Side crow, Koundinyasana, Ashtavakrasana, two wheels, shoulder stand sequence (optional lotus & folded lotus)
Have fun!
