This practice has a little bit of everything: The first 30 min is a moderate vinyasa practice with repetition, lunges, breath, twists etc. A nice juicy stretch. Followed by a pigeon. seat forward fold and glute openers with option to do breath of fire and bellows. (You get a little hit of breathwork for breathwork lovers). We end with happy baby or plow pose into savasana.
