This is a warming, detox flow that integrates vinyasa flow with your viscera (organs) integrating "uddiyana bandha" which massages the sheaths of fascia around your organs. It is cleansing, purifying and helpful as well to purge psychological stress. Expect breathwork thrown in at points to amplify the experience.
