*For whatever reason, you can't hear me do any breathwork today. This is the only sound issue, a heads it goes quiet which isn't the best for guidance). This is an advanced breathwork set beginning with a LONG breath of fire (five minutes) kaphalabhati breath, followed by several sets of up-regulating physiological sigh into Wim Hof breath. This is upregulating, adrenaline/dopamine/serotonin inducing. Not suitable for beginners, anyone currently battling a flu, over-exhaustion, adrenal fatigue, or if you're in a current state of heightened anxiety.
