This practice is not suitable for raw beginners. Today's practice is done mostly lying down and the screen is intentionally dimmed with an image so to reduce screen-noise. It is an activating and intentionally-driven breath journey using a sped up physiological sigh (two longer cycles). Cues include working and "labelling" that which is, and the opportunity to unplug negativity or pessimism from your subconscious.
