This is a yoga fusion practice that inserts classic longer standing poses + repetitive sweat inducing, heart pumping practices to let off steam. "Somatic" is a fancy term for releasing that which the body knows and releases in the way that our mind alone cannot. We do things like jump, shake, sigh, core work, glute work, and intentionally build "tapas" in order to invoke a better mood.
